1. Make-up Lessons Numbers
As a courtesy, we offer 3 make-up classes per term.
From your customer portal, you will be able to mark you child’s absence which will automatically activate a make-up. You will then be able to select from a list of available classes.
Please note:
• Term fees must be paid in full to be eligible for a make-up class.
• Once a make-up is booked, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Prior notice of your child’s absence is essential for a make-up lesson to be available. If you fail to provide prior notice of absence, then no make-up lesson will be available.
• Make-up lessons are subject to availability and are not always guaranteed. They are only available if there is a spot free.
• Make-up lessons are to be completed within the same term. They expire at the end of each term and cannot be transferred to the following term or holiday program. No credits or refunds will be given on unused make-ups.
If you are travelling, please advise your travel dates as early as possible so your make ups can be registered and available for you to do before you travel. For extended illness or injury, please contact us.

This will take you to the customer portal where you can register with your email, set up a password and then be able to access your child/ren’s class schedules where you can mark which lesson they will be absent from.
To book your make-up class, click on the CLASSES tab to see a list of available classes.
2. Lesson Absences
You must notify us of any absences through the SimplyPortal app (customer portal).
Withdraw from lessons, written notice must be given at least 2 weeks' prior to ending the enrolment or administration fees will be applied.
You understand withdrawal from lessons is at your own risk. We in no way guarantees the student(s) will be able to return to their previous lesson(s) day/time/teacher, nor does guarantee there will be any places available at the student's level on your return. You can be placed on our Waitlist for the required days and times. You understand and accept this risk should this option be chosen. Skill level will be accessed upon return to ensure progression.
3. Notification for Make-up Lessons
A minimum of 6 hours notice is required to notify an absence from your lesson(s) to receive a make-up for the absence. Where the notice period is not met for an absence, the lesson is forfeited and must be paid. Where a student is absent and does not notify us for 3 consecutive classes, their enrolment will be cancelled and administration fees will be due and payable.
Make-up lessons:
• are subject to availability
• are only given if the required notice is given
• must be booked online and are your responsibility to check back regularly for vacancies
• will be forfeited upon cancellation of enrolment.
Lesson continuity works best for scheduling and for the student's progression. If your lesson time no longer works for you, please speak to us to find a more suitable time.
